World’s First “no bend firewood splitting fixture”
Easily split firewood without bending over,This fixture reduces manual labor by 80% and since all the split wood stays inside the fixture at waist level. you can split your wood in half the time. Your firewood never reaches the ground! Its all contained in the specially designed containment chamber! Once you split firewood with this fixture, you will never want to split firewood without one again!
Here’s another great firewood-splitting tool. The Smart-Splitter was invented to preserve the advantages of effective log splitting and, at the same time make it safe and easy for everyone to use. The Smart-Splitter comes with a 7-pound weight mounted on a slide pole, attached to a patented splitting wedge that can also be used to cut kindling. The unique design allows you to ‘fling’ the 7-pound weight downward. This strikes the splitting wedge with up to 40 tons of pressure, and drives it through the log. The impact never reaches your back, arms or shoulders causing no pain or strain like traditional axes or mauls.

very nice, would save on the back pain thats for sure
I’d like to see some close up views from various angles. What is it made of? Sounds metallic on the video. Steel? Aluminum? Will they come in various sizes? I have some other questions, but a few closeups at different angles will doubtless answer some and generate others. I’ll check back.
yup it does sound like some sort of metal.hmmm a bit sceptical
good idea….. some clever farmer must of thought this one up
That sounds like plastic drum to me! why bang on about different sizes? a simple insert would make more sense………… we brits are so inventive!!!!
looks good, but anyone could easily buy some sheet alluminum and nail it, it would be just as good without the cost of buying one, i dont see the attraction of buying one.
AKKAMAAN does the same thing with his bungee cord….and he can store the cord in his back pocket
akkamann also cuts his logs on the ground (wrong) and its a pain to refasten the cord every time.
search youtube for cutting firewood tire. thats the way to go…
Nice invention. Is it bolted down on another log? Looks like you need to find the right size log for it to fit on.
a tire is much easier, plus you can cut multiple logs depending on size of tire
damn thats a great idea id buy one
a tire is all you need
That`s neat! I`m gonna fav this one.
